Malerionex, our logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Malerionex or our affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

5.3 User Content

You may have the opportunity to submit comments, questions, reviews, or other content. By submitting content, you grant Malerionex a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any content and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

6.1 Pricing

Prices for our services are stated on our platform and may change at any time. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and may be subject to applicable taxes.

6.2 Payment

Malerionex does not warrant that:

The services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from using the services will be accurate or reliable
The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the services will meet your expectations
Any errors in the platform will be corrected

We do not guarantee any specific results from participation in our masterclasses or courses. Your success depends on various factors including your own effort, dedication, and circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Malerionex, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, instructors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
Any conduct or content of any third party on our platform
Any content obtained from our platform
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall Malerionex's total liability to you for all claims related to the services exceed the amount paid by you to Malerionex in the twelve months prior to the action giving rise to liability, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Malerionex, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, instructors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:
